What services does Hush Healthcare offer?

These services are designed to support new families during the critical early weeks after birth.
Who will be providing care for me and my baby?
All team members at Hush Healthcare are experienced registered nurses and/or midwives registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), have police clearance, mandatory vaccinations, and working with children checks.

What are the payment terms and cancellation/refund policy?
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your scheduled in-home appointment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of your appointment, and we are unable to contact you, your appointment may be cancelled without further notice and your deposit will be forfeited. You will receive confirmation via email if this occurs.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for Telehealth appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life with a newborn can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. If this notice is provided, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
For Discovery and Follow-up Telehealth appointments, the full consultation fee is non-refundable if cancelled within this period, as time and resources have already been allocated.
Refund Policy
Once your consultation has commenced or your care plan has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether outcomes meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide quality, evidence-based support tailored to your needs.

Are gift vouchers available for your services?
Yes! Hush Healthcare offers gift vouchers. These make a meaningful and practical gift for new families in need of nurturing postnatal support. Click HERE to give the gift of care.
Are Hush Healthcare services covered by medicare/private health?
Our services are not eligible for rebates through Medicare or private health insurance. All consultations are privately billed.
Can I obtain prescriptions or specialist referrals from Hush Healthcare?
Absolutely! Hush Healthcare offers holistic postnatal support and can assist with specialist referrals and prescription medications when required.
